1. Who is the data controller?

A. In connection with services provided through Firma Transferowa Szczecin, to conclude or execute a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), your data will be stored until the contract is fulfilled.

D. To fulfill all legal obligations related to the cooperation undertaken (Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), this purpose is related to legal obligations to store specific documents for the time indicated in the law, e.g.:
• Art. 74(2) points 1-8 of the Accounting Act of 29.09.1994 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1858);
• Art. 8b(3) in connection with Art. 9k of the Act of 16.11.2000 on counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 116, item 1216);
• Art. 86(1) and (2) of the Act of 29 August 1997 – Tax Ordinance (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 137, item 926).
E. For the purpose of potential establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). The data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims has expired.
F. In case of consent, your data will be processed within the scope and purpose indicated in the given consent (based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). The data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
3. What data are subject to processing?
To conclude a contract, we require you to provide data on the contract/order form (if you do not provide them, we will not be able to conclude a contract/fulfill the order). Additionally, we may ask for optional data that do not impact the conclusion of the contract (if not received, we may not be able to contact you, for example, by phone).
During the contract’s duration and while providing services, we may collect other data about you, which is a result of our services that you use.
4. To whom will the data be disclosed?
A. Public authorities to the extent they do not receive data as part of a specific proceeding based on the law;
B. Entities processing your personal data on behalf of Firma Transferowa Szczecin based on a data processing agreement (so-called data processors). These may include, among others: Beneficiaries of the Company, IT specialists, archiving companies, entities providing banking and payment services, hosting companies;
C. External data administrators (so-called Joint Administrators), to whom the data is disclosed, e.g. legal advisors and lawyers, courier or postal service providers, debt buyers – in case of non-payment of our invoices by you,

If your personal data is transferred to a third country not recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, we will ask you for your explicit consent for such a transfer, informing you in advance of the associated risks based on Art. 40(1)(a) of the Regulation.
5. Are the Data subject to profiling?
Please be informed that your data will not be subject to profiling, meaning automated analysis of your data to predict preferences or future behavior (profiling includes, for example, marketing profiling, determining which offer you may be most interested in based on your previous choices).

A. The right to access the personal data we process about you (Art. 15 of the Regulation),
B. The right to rectify your personal data, including correction (Art. 16 of the Regulation),
C. The right to erasure of your personal data from our systems, the so-called “right to be forgotten” – if you believe that there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request us to erase it (Art. 17 of the Regulation),
D. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data – you may request us to limit the processing of your personal data only to its storage or actions agreed with you if we have incorrect data about you or process it without justification; or if you do not want us to erase it because you need it for establishing, investigating, or defending claims; or for the duration of your objection to data processing (Art. 18 of the Regulation),
E. The right to data portability – You have the right to receive from us your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., “.csv”) concerning you, which we possess based on a contract or your consent. This right will be applicable when we have data in an electronic format – if we only have data in paper form, you will not have the possibility to use this right. You can instruct us to transmit this data directly to another data controller (Art. 20 of the Regulation),
F. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – at any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process based on your consent – Art. 7(3) of the Regulation. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. G. The right to object – you may object to the processing of your data if the legal basis for using the data is our legitimate interest – Art. 21 of the Regulation. In such a situation, after considering your objection, we will no longer process the personal data covered by the objection on that basis, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
